This is a listing of all the singles and albums released by Motown singing group The Four Tops. Throughout their career, twenty-four of their singles reached the Billboard Top 40 with seven of them reaching the top ten and two of them reaching on the chart. An additional twenty-one have reached the UK Top 40 with ten reaching the top ten and one reaching on the chart.

Four Tops has performed "Shake Me, Wake Me (When It's Over)" on various occasions throughout their careers and have included it on several greatest hits albums, including on The Four Tops Greatest Hits (1967) and The Ultimate Collection (1997). American musicians Barbra Streisand and Carol Lloyd also recorded covers of "Shake Me, Wake Me (When It's Over)" and released them commercially in 1975 and 1979, respectively. It is on their 1967 LP The Four Tops Greatest Hits. You Keep Running Away" went to number seven on the R&B charts and number nineteen on the Hot 100. As in many of their other songs, the Andantes augmented the background vocals.
