Exposed is the debut solo album of former Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil following his exit from Mötley Crüe in 1992. The album was released in 1993 and it reached No. 13 on the US Billboard 200 chart. The album was recorded at the Record Plant in 1992. Vince titled the album, "Exposed" because he thought of the album as his moment in the spotlight no longer being a member of Mötley Crüe. Vince's manager, Bruce Bird, died of a brain aneurysm during the recording. Vince later hired Burt Stein.

Vince has made an album that’s true to himself, one that represents his image of Long Beach, his love for the music of the West Coast, and that unleashes the complete personality of Vince Staples. Vince recently stated that he was taking a break from his upcoming album to work on a side project that is both inspired and dedicated to his hometown and peope close to him. FM is easily album quality, while being treated as a fun throwaway project. Vince embarks on a sort of radio conceptual piece, having each song flow into each other and consisting of various radio style skits.

The album is stylized as an airing of Big Boy’s Neighborhood, a nationally syndicated FM radio station based in Los Angeles. The album is used as a platform to reveal short snippets (or ‘interludes’) of new music by Earl Sweatshirt and Tyga, just as radio stations often premiere new songs. Minutes after the album’s release, Vince teased more new music on Twitter: Fm! Q&a. How did this album do on the charts? FM! debuted at on the Billboard 200 during the week of November 17th, 2018. Label Def Jam Recordings. Vince’s tone is present on FM! in a variety of ways. Vince uses the radio in a similar fashion, dropping in an Earl Sweatshirt knocker only to cut it off after 20 seconds. He follows that up later with the tease of a Tyga strip club anthem. The moments give Vince the chance to spotlight two artists he genuinely appreciates-but they’re also maddening. Because even though I’m aware I’m being trolled, I want more
