The computer age began when ENIAC (Electronic Numerical Integrator and Calculator) was completed in 1945. The first multipurpose computer, ENIAC set speed records with an amazing 5,000 additions per second. Computers have come a long way since-a laptop today can do 500,000,000 additions per second. That’s not the only difference. ENIAC weighed more than 30 tons, filled an 1,800-square-foot room and included 6,000 manual switches. It used so much electricity that it sometimes caused power shortages in its home city of Philadelphia.

To calculate the limiting reagent, enter an equation of a chemical reaction and press the Start button. The reactants and products, along with their coefficients will appear above. Enter any known value for each reactant. The limiting reagent will be highlighted. Use uppercase for the first character in the element and lowercase for the second character. Examples: Fe, Au, Co, Br, C, O, N, F. Ionic charges are not yet supported and will be ignored. Replace immutable groups in compounds to avoid ambiguity

The surface region of sulfate aerosols (supercooled aqueous concentrated sulfuric acid solutions) is the likely site of a number of important heterogeneous reactions in various locations in th. .It is found that at 0 K and with zero-point energy included, the proton transfer is endothermic by . kcal/mol. This result is discussed in the context of reactions on sulfate aerosol surfaces and, further, more complex calculations. Sulfate aeorsols Heterogeneous proton transfer. Contribution to the Jacopo Tomasi Honorary Issue

If you leave the right side blank, the application will try to predict the reaction products. Some equations have multiple balance solutions and therefore can't be conclusively solved mathematically. Typically these are the reactions involving H2O2 breakdown.

A curio. Although best-known as the purveyor of cheesy synth fronted library music LP's, this is something altogether different. Yes, it is a library LP, but no cheese, no schmaltz, no wibbly warbles at all! This is a psychedelic fusion album, uniquely making extensive use of the percuphone, a mechanical percussive instrument invented by Patrice Moullet in 1970 (which he played in Catherine Ribeiro + Alpes), fleshed out by scintillating grooves, fuzz guitars and swirly keyboards. It has to be one of my all-time favourite library releases!
