Volume Two is the second LP album by The Soft Machine, released in 1969. A jazz influence is added to the humour, dada, and psychedelia of their first LP The Soft Machine (1968). The album was inspired by The Mothers Of Invention's Absolutely Free and consists of two suites – "Rivmic Melodies " and "Esther's Nose Job" – with "As Long as He Lies Perfectly Still" and "Dedicated to You" serving as interludes

Will the Circle Be Unbroken: Volume Two (also Circle II) is a 1989 album by the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. Circle II features largely acoustic, bluegrass music instrumentation with a line-up of contemporary country music artists that includes Johnny Cash, Rosanne Cash, Emmylou Harris, Michael Martin Murphey and Ricky Skaggs

As the final volume of this awesome Punisher run, my expectations may have been too high. This book differs from the others in that it has sections where Ennis writes prose on the Vietnam experience and peoples' experiences with Valley Forge and a young Captain Frank Castle.

The winter at Valley Forge was one of the darkest periods of the Revolutionary War. The Continental Army was demoralized after a string of retreats, including the occupations of New York and Philadelphia. Congress was losing confidence in Washington. Over two thousand soldiers died in Valley Forge. Nevertheless, the survivors left stronger than when they arrived. Washington put von Steuben in charge of training, and the Prussian officer drilled the poorly-trained soldiers into a disciplined, professional army, developing a training manual that the . Army would still be using thirty years later. The Congressional delegation sent to inspect Washington concluded that the problem was not the army’s leadership but the way it was supplied, and reforms improved the situation by February

With Valley Forge, Valley Forge; Ennis' long run writing The Punisher comes to a close, a run that I for one had wished would never end. Well, you know what they say about "all good things" and such, and while Valley Forge, Valley Forge isn't as perfect a read as many of Ennis' previous Punisher MAX storyarcs, it ties everything together that Ennis has set up over the years, as Frank Castle learns just who was behind tipping off Barracuda in Long Cold Dark, and it is an. enemy that this time around Frank may not be able to take down. With ties to his pre-Punisher days.
