Airhead (formerly Jefferson Airhead) were an English indie rock band that achieved some success in the early 1990s, at the tail end of the Madchester music movement. Forced to change their name from Jefferson Airhead due to its (deliberate) similarity to Jefferson Airplane, Maidstone-based band Airhead achieved minor UK Singles Chart success with singles "Funny How" and "Counting Sheep".
Girls were a British short-lived girlband formed by Lisa-Jayne White (Executive), Rita Simons (Mechanic), Lynsey Shaw (NY Traffic Cop), Vicky Dowdall (Cowgirl) and Shelly Nash (Pilot). The group released two singles,'Airhead' on February 12, 2001 and a cover version of 'Respectable', originally by Mel and Kim, on October 1, 2001. The first single reached and the second reached in the UK Top 40 chart. They also supported Hear'Say and Steps on their arena tours in 2000/2001.

As Airhead, Rob McAndrews makes low-key electronic music that never lets you forget the human presence behind it, in a similar fashion to his frequent collaborator James Blake. His debut, For Years, is rooted in Dilla-like hip-hop abstractions and a subdued take on post-rock. Then Airhead takes us somewhere different. With a funky techstep call and response pattern, this is an instant dancefloor bubbler. And there’s an eighties electro sensibility woven into the stabs and synth-effects which makes this feel like it could be a 2016 rework of a forgotten crate-dug classic. It’s minimal and focussed but, as you’d expect from Tantrum Desire, it refuses to let the temperature drop, with precision-crafted builds to keep attention gripped on the bass-and-mid interplay right to the finish. You won’t be prepared for what Think About You has to offer.
