Oh, What a Life is the debut studio album by American indie rock band American Authors. The album was released by Island Def Jam label Mercury Records on March 3, 2014. The album serves as a replacement to the band's eponymous 2013 extended play, American Authors. American Authors first formed in 2006 in Boston, Massachusetts as The Blue Pages. The members of the band first met at the Berklee College of Music.

All lyrics from What A Life! album, popular Divinyls songs with tracklist and information about album. Album What A Life! (1985). Christina Amphlett, Bjarne Ohlin, Mark McEntee.

A live album, Divinyls Live, was released in 1991 but Divinyls did not provide another studio album for five years  . As with What A Life! they worked with three producers, beginning with Peter Collins recording "I'm Jealous" in Nashville, followed by Keith Forsey for "Sex Will Keep Us Together" and "Heart of Steel". Although "Heart of Steel" was chosen as a single, Divinyls discontinued working with Forsey because according to Amphlett "he was a bit too 'pop' for.

What a Life! (album). For the Gloria Gaynor album, see The Answer (album). What a Life! Studio album by Divinyls. What a Life! is the second studio album by Australian band Divinyls, released in July 1985 by Chrysalis Records. The album is a genre of rock and new wave songs-written by Divinyls members Christina Amphlett and Mark McEntee.

Don't You Go Walking. Guillotine Day. Dear Diary. Talk Like the Rain (Australian bonus track). Old Radios (Australian bonus track). Para-Dice (Australian bonus track). What a Life! (Australian bonus track).

Good Die Young (Divinyls song). Good Die Young" is a song by Australian rock band Divinyls, released in 1984. The single was lifted from the band's second studio album What a Life! and proved to be a moderate success in Australia. The music video was shot in various Sydney locations - outside Railway Square next to a famous golf retailer's neon lights, outside George Street cinema complex, and on a building next to Central Station's clocktower.

The album ends with "Dear Diary", one of the most beautifully haunting tracks I've ever heard. Soft and powerful vocals, an outstanding example of the art of songwriting, incredible musicianship all around, the effect of the rain heard in the background fitting in perfectly, the slow drums seeming to bleed with unnameable emotions. A perfect way to close an eclectic album. Only downsides: not enough pictures of Christina (alright, to be fair there'd have to be some of the rest of the band too, but it's the abscence of a booklet of Chrissie pictures I'm mourning);.
